Ingredients
- Chilled heavy cream – 2 cups
- Sweetened condensed milk – 10 oz
- Vanilla extract – 1tsp
- Peanut butter 1/2 cup
- Strawberry Preserve (or any other) – 1/2 cup
Instructions
In a small microwave-safe bowl , heat the peanut butter until thin and liquidy , about 30 seconds. Set aside.

Now in a large mixing bowl , with an electric mixer , beat heavy cream and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
With a rubber spatula, fold in half of the sweetened condensed milk until combined. Then fold in the other half.
Spread half of the cream mixture evenly into the bottom of a freezer-safe bowl. Dollop about half of the strawberry preserve and peanut butter on top of the cream. Swirl with a toothpick.
Now spread the rest of the cream on top of that layer. Make a swirl with the leftover melted peanut butter and preserve.
Cover and freeze for at least 8 hours.
Scoop out the ice-cream and enjoy.
