Easy Mango Ice-Cream (no Churn)

Mango Ice-Cream :
This Mango Ice-Cream is creamy , delicious , and bursting with mango flavors , not too sweet, a great treat for hot summer days. This no-churn ice cream is so easy to make and the best part is no ice-cream machine needed.

Ingredients
  • Heavy cream, chilled – 2 cups
  • Sweetened condensed milk – 8 oz
  • Mango, pureed – 1 cup
  • Yellow food color – 1-2 drops (optional)
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
In another bowl , mix together condensed milk , 3/4 cup of mango pulp and the food color (optional).
Using a rubber spatula , fold the milk-pulp mix with the cream until thoroughly combined and smooth.
Spread half of the cream mixture evenly into the bottom of a freezer-safe bowl. Dollop about half of the mango puree on top of the cream. Swirl with a toothpick.
Now spread the rest of the cream on top of that layer. Make a swirl with the leftover mango puree.
Cover and freeze for at least 8 hours.
Scoop out the ice-cream and enjoy.
