What is Shrikhand ?
Shrikhand is a traditional Indian sweet , made by using hung curd (Yogurt) , powdered sugar, and flavoring.

Ingredients
- Yogurt – 3 cups
- Powdered sugar – 1/2 cup
- Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
- Saffron Strands – 12-15
- Milk (Warm) – 1-2 tbsp
Instructions
Hang yogurt in a muslin or cheese cloth for 3-4 hours. This will make the yogurt thick and creamy. Skip this step if you’re using greek yogurt.
Soak saffron in warm milk for an hour.
Now take the hung curd in a large bowl , add powdered sugar, saffron milk and cardamom powder , mix well.
Transfer the srikhand in the serving bowls. Garnish with cardamom powder or nuts. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
